Delivered as described. 8 GB memory, inactivated Verizon sim card, ear buds, wall charger with cable, no storage card, in new packaging. Battery was completely dead on arrival. Took most of the first day to charge to 100%, as recommended before turning the phone on. I installed my sim card and storage chip from my old phone, activated the phone and connected to it my wi-fi. (they recommend connecting to wi-fi for updates.) Over the next 24 hours the phone did approximately 11 to 15 updates, rebooting almost every time. (that's my reason for 4 stars)After all that, the phone seems to function correctly. Better quality scene color and clarity, than my old phone and, I like the tap scene to wake it up although it doesn't always work on the first try. Sound volume and quality is also better than my old phone.
